Matt came to Henry County in 2000 as a golf professional at Westwood Country Club.  His parents both were born and raised in Henry County.  Started his real estate career in 2004 as a salesperson for Crossroads Real Estate.  2006 brought an opportunity to become Broker/Owner of Crossroads Real Estate Management, LLC.  During that time he has served on different boards in the community including New Castle Rotary Club and the Henry County YMCA.  Currently is serving as a member on the board of directors for the Mid Eastern Indiana Association Realtors. 

Henry is a life long resident of East Central Indiana and began his real estate career in early 1997. He started as a sales associate but was soon to own Crossroads Real Estate Corp. and become a Principle Broker by 1998.  After serving as Owner Broker for Crossroads Real Estate Corp. for 10 very successful years in both the residential and commercial real estate industries, he sold Crossroads to it’s present owner, Matt Huffman.  He continues with Crossroads Real Estate LLC as a Broker Associate to this day.  When he is not listing or selling real estate or golfing, he enjoys spending his time with his wife of over 30 years, Beth McKechnie, as well as his 3 children and 4 grandchildren.  

A proud Hoosier native, Dawn came to Henry County in the early 80’s. First working with the State BMV, she found her niche at Crossroads Real Estate in the early 90’s.  Starting as a sales associate, she continued her schooling and became a broker soon after.   Working in residential real estate has brought her joy as helping deserving individuals make that big step to homeownership is very fulfilling.  Dawn has filled many rolls at Crossroads Real Estate over the years including Principle Broker and Managing Broker.   Dawn is very proud of her daughter, Crystal Cory, who is currently a student at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
